Rite Aid in Pendleton is a great place for all your pharmacy needs. They are very personable and the Pharmacists are very caring.
The pharmacist, Chad, was extremely rude. I understand being busy, but it's not an excuse to be rude to customers. If he doesn't like his job, he should quit. He gave incorrect information about a medication transfer and said no it wasn't possible even though it's withing the same database and from another rite aid.
I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled here for several years and today I called in to have one filled and the pharmacist, Chad, told me he could only see one available for October, when my doctor always sends 3 at a time on a quarterly basis. I double checked my RX app link sent by my Dr at the time of prescribing and sure enough the fill dates reflected 3 prescriptions with one fillable as of yesterday, so I called Rite Aid back and asked the clerk who answered the phone to double check the dates.
