Very sad to see this location close. Have shopped here ever since it opened. Always greeted warmly. Great service. Pharmacy has been a lifeline for me. Always wonderful experience. Pharmacy has been very good for years. Will miss this place and the employees. Good luck to you all.

Cashier was great. The manager was nasty and trashy.
WORST PHARMACY EVER! THEY HAD MY RX DIR OVER A MONTH, SAYING THEY COULDN'T GET THE MEDS, BUT OTHER STORES HAD IT. WHEN I WENT TO ANOTHER STORE 4 WEEKS LATER, THE LACONIA SITE HAD MY RX LOCKED. HAD TO CALL, THEY SAID THEY RELEASED IT, THEY DID NOT. WHAT A BUNCH OF BS... NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
RUDEST PHARMACIST EVER! I don't know her name but she's the one from Isreal or Russia; she NEVER EVER EVER smiles, she's got this mean, bit$/y look kn her face all the time and it never chan almost intimidating. Not approachable. And the female store manager of Laconia Rite Aid is beyond rude. I asked if she honor my rewards once that were a day that just expired a day prior and she said I was "stupid for even asking".
