I made an appointment for a flu vaccine. I received a confirmation email the day of the appointment and had submitted all of my insurance info online beforehand. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and the location was closed with a note on the door saying that they had changed to reduced hours. They should have blocked out appointment times outside of those reduced hours so as to not mislead customers and waste their time. Now I have to reschedule elsewhere.Â
South Atherton store is full of friendly and helpful associates. Their sale prices are great and they accept coupons tooÂ
The general manager is always nice and caring.Â
