Great Survives sorry to see it go but we got to move on it’s sad
This store is the only Rite Aid still open in our county. Three other Centre County Rite Aid locations have permanently closed. I happen to like this Rite Aid because they generally always have what I might be looking for. The employees greet me as I enter the store, and most of the people working in the pharmacy know me by name. Pharmacy had terrible customer service - they told me they had to order a prescription and it would be ready in 3 days - no one called me to let me know the pills were back ordered or that I needed to fill it somewhere else until I went to pick it up - this left me in withdrawal from the medication - they should call if things are back ordered
Sales associate Stephanie was such a great help! So knowledgeable and extremely friendly and pleasant! She is an amazing person!
