Michael King is the absolute worst "pharmacist" that RA has ever had. He is rude, not helpful and very arrogant. He was very put out by having to call my insurance plan regarding coverage then tells me while walking away from me "that's not how it works" ummm what? This is your JOB Michael King! Michael king the pharmacist is rude and has zero customer service skills. A lot of places are short staffed but that doesn’t give one the right to be rude. I hope his day gets better so he can actually be nice to others that come in.Â
It was very warm in the store. I feel bad for the employees having to work when it's hot outside.Â
Polite and helpful staff. Good prices.Â
