My wife asked while we were in town to go to the drug store. I asked, "Rite-Aid"? She said no because she won't go in there anymore. She said that last year, after saving all her points all year she had went in to redeem them and was refused. No explanation, just that there was nothing they could do. There is always something you can do if you have an advertised program to benefit your customer. She never found out what the problem was and they weren't interested enough to keep a customer. So it's CVS for us from now on.Â
Pharmacists & team are the very best! Jason & Alisha are so kind and caring. And the techs are quite wonderful as well (LeighAnn & Sarah) I actually got a phone call from Jason a few months back regarding my methotrexate injectables, there was a shortage all over. He told me they didn't have any way to get the med in. He then suggested I reach out to CVS,.that he had called around a bit stating "we didn't want you to miss a dose". I'm on a crazy amount of medications, IDK probably about 10 or so prescriptions. And these folk... read more
