Most of the time they are out of essentials like stain remover, deodorant and hand soap. They didn't tell me the registers were down and they couldn't do any transactions until after I had already spent 15 minutes finding the correct medication
I’ve had a really upsetting experience with this rite aid pharmacy recently. I don’t usually mind dealing with long wait times and errors as most pharmacies are like this and it can get busy for the workers, but after the way I was treated today by customer service I was just really upset. The shelves were very empty throughout the store the last several times I've been in. This has led me to buying more often online which is not my preference. Staff people are courteous and welcoming but because staffing is so low, they are too busy with people waiting to talk to greet me as I enter or leave. I'll add that greetings are not important to me though.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Pharmacy is understaffed and today I was forced to wait in a line over 10 people long for a medication I cannot go without. Unacceptable, avoid going here or having scripts transferred here at all costs !!!!!
Conveniently located store with a helpful staff, which in recent months has had mostly empty shelves.
