It’s very rare that I post reviews but I felt compelled after my experience with Rite Aid in Grottoes near Massanutten. The experience from the minute I contacted them on the phone when they opened all the way through my checkout was exceptional, professional and courteous. It’s a small location in a remote area and I had to travel there to pick up prescriptions while on vacation after I left mine at home (like an idiot). If you have booked an immunization on the Rite Aid website for Grottoes, be sure to call and verify that they will actually give the vaccination. When I went at my appointed time, I was told that they were just too busy and to come back in 4 days. They are woefully understaffed.Â
