Best small town feel pharmacy!!! I walk in and they know who I am. Always so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I have only ever gone to CVS and this location changed that for me with their kindness and guess what most of our scripts are much better priced!!!Â
Had the pleasure of meeting Shawn who is recently a new employee at Rite Aid in The New Britain Store. He was so Upbeat, Positive , Had a contagious Smile & truly Patient. He did a fantastic job!!Â
The pharmacist was rude to me on the phone about getting my prescription. Saying it was no excuse. They wont fill my prescription.So uncalled for.Â
Fast service, uncrowded, lots of practical & fun seasonal items, surprisingly nice clothing, snacks, accessories in addition to the usual pharmacy fare.Â
