Pharmacy associates are excellent! Very caring and efficient.
Horrible pharmacy. I had 2 prescriptions called in. Got one where they actually tried to charge me 3 times what it should cost and after a few minutes of discussing it they finally gave in and sold it to me at the price it should have been. They then told that they didn't have the second prescription in the size ordered as it was on backorder, (which would have regularly cost just under $30) however they would gladly sell it to me in 10 units for over $150 or I could wait. I've got to go right in the middle here, Kathy (the tech) is AMAZING!!!! Always kind, and super helpful! The new pharmacist though, Susie or Susan was TERRIBLE to me this morning! After she sent my on a wild goose chase the was rude, unreasonable and then without listening to me put me on hold. I've been filling at this pharmacy for over 15 years. If it weren't for Kathy I'd transfer all my business!
The pharmacy goes above and beyond they are fantastic my prescriptions take less than 15 minutes from the time my doctor sent them over to the time I get my prescriptions recently my daughter wanted me to get a new soda stream cartridge the staff was fantastic I was the first customer ever to return a used soda stream cartridge and we walked through the steps together and it was almost like being in small town USA I love that everybody there knows everybody but the service is still fantasist!
