My prescription medicare D insurance this year is with Rite Aid Waldwick. A genuine pleasure to speak to intelligent people, to be met with respect, the store is so clean, ane they provide a personal touch. I'm so happy for this change. CVS Aetna has too much of the market and they are understaffed and overworked. Always frustrating. I'm afraid these smaller chains and private pharmacies like Franklin cannot fairly compete with the big guys. I'm happy to support the smaller guys! Thanks Rite Aid staff!Â
They shelf your medication earlier than they are supposed to and trying to communicate with the pharmacy tech was like talking to a wall. Terrible service.Â
