Very clean and very nice staffÂ
Rite Aid here in Rittman is an excellent place to fill prescriptions and purchase basic health and hygiene needs. The store is clean and orderly and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend them without reservation.Â

The store is always clean, I will give them that. However every other aspect is an absolute train wreck. They are usually understaffed or the pharmacy part is closed for various reasons. The staff they do have is typically rude. I actually switched all my prescriptions over to the Orrville store due to all the issues this one has.Â
