I visited this pharmacy at 2 PM after receiving a text message that my medication was ready. However, I was turned away because the pharmacist was on lunch break. It was frustrating to be unable to pick up my prescription. In the future, if the pharmacy only has one pharmacist on duty, the text notification should clearly state to come after 3 PM when the pharmacist will be available. The pharmacist is very rude and not well mannered. She kept being rude and wouldn't let me speak when i tried to ask her a question and she kept talking over me. The only way i was heard was giving her the same tone she gave to me. As i see in the reviews im not the only one who's had a problem with her.
I was at the pharmacy and the boy with the headband I believe his name is Eric scanned my dl and I signed for Sudafed. I hit cash back and he didn’t have enough money so he cancelled transaction. When he tried to redo the transaction it would not let them accept my Drivers license again. The pharmacist said that I had already used elsewhere. Very rude and very poor customer service, I had a very poor experience with the worker Carolyn. Very racist and made me feel like I was being discriminated. ,called and spoke with Francisco the manger and he didn’t seem like he knew how to handle the complaint. Filed a complaint and called the bbc. This rite aid is ridiculous and very poor customer service. Hopefully they get shut down. They made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel out of place just because I am Mexican.
Dear lord, we were told 6 months ago you would start having stuff in this store. Emptier and emptier every time. Close for good and give the property to a company that would benefit the town
