The RiteAid in Glen Cove is closing. However I called RiteAid in Oyster Bay and they had all the information needed to fill my elderly neighbors prescription. He was very pleased with the courtesy and said they had it ready when he went to pick it up.Thank you.
My experience with Rite-Aid is always good. The pharmacist and associates are very hard working and caring individuals. They should be treated with respect for the service they provide.
I hope you don't have an emergency and need to speak to the pharmacist because it's been about 3 months now and I cannot get anybody on the phone! The front store says that the pharmacists are too busy to answer the telephone call?
