Gail was very rude gave me a dirty look while checking out and didn’t say anything the whole time. I said thank you after completing my transaction and she still said nothing but give me a rude stare. Sucks this is the only rite aid in McMinnville.
Pharmacy works hard. Staff is consistent I have been there with long lines and no lines so timing is key Hoping they are able to restock shelves soon
So I was watching the news and I heard that as Seniors we should be sure and get our Pneumonia shots. I used the online appointment maker and set up appointments for both my wife and I. The day before our appointment date, a young man called my wife and told her that we had gotten our shots only 2 years ago and did not need another until 2027. RUDE.
We went to get our Covid vaccines. We waited a hour past our appointment time. I understand being overwhelmed in healthcare However, no apologies. Pharmacist Jacob Trask started off with no introduction, “one at a time “. Then I asked politely if he could wear a mask he said he didn’t have one. I told him I was immune compromised and I would buy him one. His response was, the CDC doesn’t require him to wear one.
