Richard, a pharmacist at Rite aid, treated me like complete garbage. Richard left me a voicemail telling me I’m not supposed to be on a medication that I take 3 times a day. My doctors office left message w Richard that I was to call my doctors office and tell them exactly what medications were working best for me. Called about an aspirin prescription and told it would be filled in about 15 minutes. When I got there I was told that it would be another 45 minutes. Of course that would be their "lunch hour" so it was more like an hour and 45 minutes minimum. Piss poor service! No sense of urgency.
Pharmacy techs are unprofessional and lack customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go to the CVS down the street.
