Friday August 16th 7:30 p.m., Ritaide closes at 8pm. Tried to leave a message for a prescription for one of our patients to pick up on Saturday. The pharmacy message app is only giving me 10 seconds to leave an Rx. Obviously not enough time. Spoke to the "manager" and his reply was " well there's nothing I can do about that" oh yes there is, as a manager you get on the phone to corporate the next day and you tell them that they need to fix the phone messaging app so that doctors can leave prescriptions for their patients.
