The lady in the pharmacy was ignorant and very full of herself. She held my son insurance card and didn't want to give it back for some reason. And had to get another employee to get it back cause she said she won't mess up her break time for anyone
I called a prescription in last week, and I went to pick it up today. It wasn't ready. She said she had to order it. Then she said $200.00. I said no, and showed her my insurance card again. She said $100.00. The last time it was $60.00. I'm switching to Walgreens. Also they are the most unhappiest bunch I've ever seen.
One of the worst pharmacies I've been to. We have very important psychiatric medications that need filled regularly and more often than not they go unfilled for several days *after* we call to double check. This is unacceptable. The pharmacy has also been randomly closed with no warning during scheduled hours (the newer COVID hours) due to, from what I understand, no one coming in.
