I have had such a horrible experience with this Rite Aid, but this week was the last straw. I called in a refill on Friday knowing that it is never in stock. When I went over Sunday they never ordered it. Went yesterday, wasn’t ordered. And when my husband went back today, it still wasn’t in. I have been without this medication for my asthma since Sunday. There should have been a solution offered. I will be having this prescription transferred.Â

Used to love this place, deleted my review to make a new one that is more accurate. Today I moved all my scripts to the Millsboro location because this one refuses to answer the phone. I called 5 times yesterday and 4 times today to check on a medication for my child and no one answered, just rings then back to recording, rings and back to recording. I fully understand that the pharmacies are understaffed, but at some point someone should be able to pick up, even if it’s to put me on hold until they can get to me.Â
