I'm going to hate seeing all the empty RA buildings, but this store made me mad today.. with their "there's nothing I can do" attitude. I was a SM for RA about 7years ago, and I'm glad that lady wasn't my shift survivor.. or whatever she was. With RA's high prices and bad customer service, I'm not surprised they are closing!Â
If I could give them a 0 I would. I stopped going here years ago but needed to get a script filled later at night than my normal pharmacy is opened so I tried having it sent here. The girl was rude and closed 5 minutes early not even trying to be helpful or check on us when we told her we would wait.Â
The people in the pharmacy are rude it's not our fault they're closingÂ
Absolute garbage establishment. Crucial meds won’t be filled for up to a week after they should’ve been. You’ll get told your meds are ready for pickup and then when you show up, you get told it isn’t ready, or they only give you SOME of your meds. They’ll make you call the store several times over multiple hours before they can be BOTHERED to answer. The pharmacy technicians are all also EXTREMELY rude, and are just there for a paycheck and couldn’t possibly care about the customer. I am fed up with it and will be switching... read more
