I called to find out if they could fill a specific medication for me and they told me they couldn’t give that information. This pharmacy is so unhelpful and almost act like they are doing you a favor as if the service was free. I called Rite aid in Lebanon and they were able to provide me with the information I needed. This place should get some customer service training.
I love this Rite Aide, but it feels like the hours change constantly and really should be updated on the website as well as at the door. If it’s not the pharmacy hours changing it’s the store hours, And it’s always just a piece of paper with those updates. I know staffing is an issue everywhere and this isn’t their fault, but whomever updates the website should be keeping up with the constant changes more effectively.

Very helpful and professional
Went to get the Shingles Vaccine. Presented my insurance card to your staff she responded that this isn't insurance it's a discount card. I have Altrua HealthShare which is not a discount card it's a Christian HealthShare. When asked again if anything was covered she responded no it's a discount card. You should train your employees better so they don't embarrass customers they way this one did. Oh by the way upon calling Altrua the vaccine is covered.
