Service is good & workers are nice, but product selection has gone far downhill. There has been no contact lens solution for the past month & the shampoo options are limited.
Awful doesn't even begin to describe it! I understand the pharmacist is busy but when a diabetic is telling you they haven't been able to pick up their insulin in over a month and keep getting the run around from Rite Aid about some "3rd party" insurance and get told to call Medicaid. If the pharmacist listened when I was talking he'd have known I'd called them, the county and nyrx over a dozen times the last month and have gotten nowhere and they have no idea what this 3rd part insurance is. Rite Aid is open and operating in Clarence, NY. I cannot believe this as they closed all the stores in Michigan. From an inventory standpoint, it looked like the store was going to be closed. However, I was informed they passed bankruptcy and this location is staying open. How fortunate for this store and community. The only reason I’m marking it a three was because of the prices seemed a bit high and I should have got a discount and I did not.
