Pharmacist is refusing to fill a new prescription for my daughter because it is a dosage change. I now have to have her prescriber send the prescription to a new pharmacy because the pharmacist is refusing to understand that this is not a refill of an old prescription. Absolutely ridiculous.
refused to fill, aid, or supply holdover doses for adderall, even though I am in their system and checking how much I have left was within their power(I'm out). instead lectured about timing of prescriptions (as though I'm not seeking medicating to aid in my executive function and timeliness) zero compassion for their patients. Worst drugstore I've been to. Switching back to Walgreens, they have much better prices
