I go to Rite Aid Alamo. The pharmacist is spot on when it comes to discussing meds. They also carry a rare medication for my daughter who suffers seizures. Other pharmacies do not. They also have a good selection of holiday items, ( which I love). I can't wait until they come completely out of bankruptcy and can fill up again. The employees are always very nice and helpful. Thanks

Do you enjoy shopping at a store where the crusty old employee feels that she can act rude and snipe at customers simply because she made terrible life choices and now has to work for minimum wage in her 60's? Then Rite AId in Alamo is the place for you! No products I need are ever stocked (or restocked), half the time they dont even have regular american beer for sale. You're better off going to Safeway next door or CVS across the street. Let this store die it's slow death, deservedly so...
The pharmacist (Asian) was Not very nice. I requested the prevnar 20 I am 58 yo with multiple pre existing, conditions. The pharmacist first told me it was a little bit below $400 so I requested the vaccination. The pharmacist then told me that the pharmacy was OUT of vaccines! I will never shop there again!
