I don’t understand why they can’t figure out how to open the drive thru when they have multiple people working
Very helpful staff in store and in pharmacy
I have never seen a pharmacy with a group of the most miserable nasty employees as this place. Every question is followed with a nasty response. They also never have prescriptions. Do yourself a favor go to the Walgreens in Rochester way more friendly and much better stock. There is a reason this place has a 3 star review.
RIte Aid Beaver does not stock their shelves, do not have product. The pharmacy has most medications. The personnel are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. It is at a convenient location. Too bad it has not stocked the shelves... they literally are bare.
Pharmacy is terrible. Staff is rude and unhelpful in the pharmacy. Prescriptions take forever and I’m signed up to get notifications if meds are ready and I never get them. I get a call saying if I don’t come get my meds today they’re putting them back, I had no idea they were ready. I had a question for the lady on the phone and she hung up. Only reason I still get my meds here is because of insurance.
