Updating my review to 5 stars as of May 2025. This is for the pharmacy only. A year ago this wouldn’t have been 5 stars. But I have to say I am really glad I didn’t leave rite aid. I’ve been a pharmacy customer for over 10 years, previously at the other rite aid that closed in Southampton. I am prescribed a lot of different medications. And recently they have saved my life from potential drug interactions, that the doctors didn’t catch, twice now. I got a notification early that my prescription would be filled 2/17. I go 2/20 after already not having it for a day and they blame it not being filled on my doctor not sending the script, when I got a notification that he did and it would be filled 2/17. Not happy at all. Every single time I come here, the pharmacists are nothing but rude and miserable.Â
I use this store because my old store closed. For the past several months I have wondered if the store is closing because the shelves are usually half empty. Not a good image coming in to store. Several items have very few choices . So is this store closing???Â
