This pharmacy takes for ever to acknowledge people either at the register or in drive through. Waiting close to 25 minutes for the car in front of me and for myself. They need to hire another person. Waiting this long is ridiculous.
This pharmacy is HORRIBLE at communicating when there's an issue! They just let you come pick it up & find out it's not ready. They NEVER answer the phone! One of the pharmacists is super rude! I do in-home care & previously used them frequently- 2-3x a week & now it's only my backup incase my regular pharmacy doesn't have a certain medication. I’ve liked getting my vaccinations here with ease. I can always get in soon and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. However, recently I went in to buy some hair care products for a gift and the shelves were nearly empty. Such wasted empty space in retail is not what I’d like to find. How can profits increase if there is nearly nothing to sell? Hopefully this will improve?
I have never had a good experience with this pharmacy. Last straw was how rude they were to my elderly mother. Between always having to order meds so you have to wait to get them filled to awful customer service,I'll pay more at another pharmacy from now on.
