This was my second time at Riteaid it was a great experience. Yes, I will tell my family and friends about the great service I received.
I have been calling the Pharmacy Department of the West Hempstead Rite Aid at all different times for 3 days regarding a prescription they filled for me and nobody answers the phone. It goes to an automated voicemail and nobody calls you back. Horrible customer service. Miss those local Pharmacies that have been pushed out by these giant drug stores.
