Horrible! Do not go to this Rite-Aid if all possible. I would rather drive an hour away to another Rite-Aid instead of going to this one. Rite-Aid’s return policy is if you don’t have the receipt then you will get half back of the lowest price the item sold for on a gift card. I went to this Rite-Aid to return items that I didn’t have the receipt for because it was a gift for my baby shower. It was the Rite-Aid brand baby formula, brand new, not open, not expired. Terrible customer service.
I am a disabled person. And the staff at this store is so friendly and helpful to me. The folks in the pharmacy know me by name when I walk into the store or come to the drive thru. And some even recognize my voice on the phone when I call. It's that personal touch that keeps me coming back for over 20 years. Thanks Rite Aid :)
