I used to go to Rite-Aid until they became Walgreens now I never will go back again
The staff is fine but quite often they can only fill part of the RX, or they assistant leaves an RX hanging on the "to go" line ; either of these requires another trip to do the pick-up. We switched to Byard Mercer because they deliver and this avoids the trip issue to Rite Aid.
The girls up front are kind and sweet the people in the pharmacy arnt always nice and if you say something about it they will tell you ..you can always go to a different pharmacy.. ive been asked if i wanted my prescription back!! And one of the younger girls is just plain nasty and rude! I won't even bother if she is working I can't deal with her .. I've seen her rude with numerous people including myself
