I'm not sure if many of the people who work there actually want to be there. Quite a few of the ones I have had contact with don't act like they want to help customers or answer questions. IT'S A PHARMACY. Helping is what they should be doing, am I right? If I know what I want, and exactly where to find it I go to this location. If not, I go somewhere else.
I’m so disgusted I just moved to the area and had my prescription sent to this location on Saturday based on the hours listed on Google. Just to get to the location and they are closed. I called another to transfer the script and they tell me I have to wait until Monday when they open. This is so unacceptable .
Every time I try this pharmacy location it’s always swamped with one person working who has no time to actually help. They rather lie to you to get you out their face than to help. Never had any good service here. Always have to leave to find better service and people who actually want to help. I had a real situation that I needed help with but couldn’t get anyone to help until I went to another Walgreens and they handled it with no trouble.
I've been a longtime customer and always had good service here. They were polite and caring to me. They keep me up to date on prescriptions and vaccines. Alice
