Rite Aid customer service is terrible. They use to make me feel welcome when I walked into the store. No more greeting, to busy talking to each other. No one is helpful. Totally no longer customer friendly store. Pharmacy Dept is over worked and has lost their customer service. I use to feel trusting with the pharmacy staff but no longer. Rite Aid needs an complete turn over with the staff. Sorry Rite Aid you have let me down.
Love this store..Shop there for just about everything..Ali and her crew are fantastic!
The employees are very nice but im more of a walgreens kind of person
