The front staff are very friendly and welcoming but I am often disappointed when they close early. It happens a lot. I went at 7:18 pm today and they were closed but the sign says they close at 9. It seems strange, the one in Clairton (that is 7 mins away) doesn’t have that problem.
The rude pharmacist does not care if a delivery is 2 days later or a week! No weekend deliveries either. Don't care if delivery person never shows up and does not call you to tell you. Expect you to sit home all day until your prescriptions show up...
People are always friendly and helpful
the pharmacy sucks..dont bother to call about important medication questions cause they dont answer the phone and if you need important meds they close at 7pm now so better rush.hopefully aint no life or death situation regaurding your meds.smfh UPDATE pharmacy is the still the worst around..call in morning to say your picking up scripts n by 4pm they still aint ready smfh ..the long hair younger girl is soooo clueless... another update my kid takes a important med she needs and can not missed called sat said she needs it fo... read more
