Lots of trouble with getting prescription refilled. Pharmacist even denied the transfer of a medication that I can not miss a dose. Was told can only make one transfer and chose this as it is close to my residence. Had to not only get the transferring pharmacist, i believe she stated ACHH, involved but also the store manager Connie. Connie was able to help me get things resolved in a calm, timely, and professional manner. Thank you again Connie.
Doesn’t open on time
Terrible customer service. Moved here in January. Originally put my prescriptions to this pharmacy as its near me, and the smaller of the chains so I try to help the little guy. However today my son has a double ear infection, his peds called in RX for him. I tried to call in his insurance information as I told them I wanted to make it quick ans give ins info over the phone to avoid waiting and leaving my wife and sick 1 year old in the car.
