It has been awhile and I have been using the pharmacy less as my needs have changed, but I still get the same friendly service as always. The pharmacist is never too busy to answer a question and the counter staff is excellent (friendly, helpful, polite, and patient even when I have a senior moment). Their hours, open later than some other pharmacies, are convenient.
If there are issues with a script the doctor has sent in... they do not notify u at all. Snd it is not handicap accessible which is extremely inconvenient when u can't walk. Staff is decent.. but they definitely have some stuff they need to work on
Horrible. When your prescription gets called in you have to call them to follow up and make sure they fill it or it doesn't get filled. If your insurance doesn't cover it or there is any other problem they won't call to let you know, you'll find out when you go to pick it up and they haven't filled it. They have filled out prescriptions for me with the quantity wrong. Rite-Aid is Rite-Aid, but what makes this one special is the staff. They are all friendly and knowledgeable, as well as, being willing to help. I always feel comfortable discussing medications etc with pharmacy staff or asking for help finding an item. Also, the hours are convenient.
