Terrible pharmacy prescriptions never ready then they never answer the phone. I see why this location is closing. Only thing good is alot of stuff is 75% off now.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHARMACY IN CLEVELAND DO NOT RECOMMEND! THEY NEVER ANSWER LITERALLY BEEN CALLING SINCE THEY OPEN THEN I WALK IN ITS COMPLETELY EMPTY PPL JUST STANDING N TALKING....MY KIDS NEEDED INHALERS AND THEY ARE GIVING ME EVERY EXCUSE ON Y IT ISNT READY WHEN ITS BEEN 2 DAYS!!!! SO NOW WE ARE OTW TO URGENT CARE BECUZ RITE AID CLEVELAND WORKERS CANT DO THEIR JOB AS EXPECTED
