Please fix surveys if Mauricia was not so amazing I would have stopped should be 5 questions with options to write something not 30 questions alsoe saying no more to one of the questions should of ended their but nope 5 more right behind also had to right how I felt twice. Mauricia and Amy are awesome 2 months of going their and when I call once a month they no who I am after a few seconds of speaking remember I went on vacation they are awesomeÂ
Waited 2 1/2 hours for my pain meds. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had with them but it will be the last. Very unprofessionalÂ
