This store is now permanently closed, as are all other Rite Aid stores in Michigan. The store closed in August 2024 but both Rite And and Google still list it as an open location.
I've been patronizing this place for the past 15 or so years. I'm not a young man. I just had my Driver's license recently Renewed, and they told me they couldn't sell me any alcohol or beer. Because my Driver's license was expired by 3 days (I renewed it 3 days ago). I will never go to ANY Rite Aid as long as I live. Dennis, you are not a very good manager. You have been working there for many years and know who I am. Nice doing business with you, never again!
I wish there were an option to give zero stars. I don't know what the issue is recently, but the entire pharmacy is a complete and utter mess. There's one male pharmacist who is extremely competent and n the nicest person alive, but the other technicians and pharmacists don't know how to do their job at all. I asked them to enter a code for a discount and they were clueless as to how to do that. I had to call back later and spoke with the gentleman who easily helped me out in a matter of 2 minutes.
