The pharmacy tech told me that I had 7 prescriptions then she failed to give me the pain meds I had to go inside and get them and I was accused of making a racist comment that was not made. I will be moving pharmacies next month. Watch them they will steal your meds.
I know there’s a lot of bad reviews littered on here but I just want to say I appreciate this pharmacy and their staff being so kind, patient, and informative regardless of national back orders (which they have no control over), supply issues (again not their fault), and their pharmacy being constantly busy. Never once was I treated rudely, my questions were always answered, and if my medicine wasn’t in stock they’d tell me where it was in stock or when it would arrive. There is never a short time when calling this pharmacy. I have been on hold a combination of over 3 hours today even though it said “there is one caller ahead of you”. Then it just rings all day long. They do not want to help anyone and refuse to answer the phone even when medication is delayed and text messages say to “Call the Pharmacy”. This location needs serious assistance.
I had $60 dollars I asked the cashier to give me $10 back twice they didn't give me $10 back instead they put the whole $60 on my card
