This is the absolute worst pharmacy in Salem, NH!!!!! Pharmacist is very unprofessional and a liar. No one in this branch cares about the people. They left me waiting 40+ minutes on the phone (never checking in) claiming they were having a hard time reaching the Broadway Rite aid to have my son’s prescription (originally sent from urgent care) that now needed to be transferred to Main Street because they were out of stock. great place males you feel welcome.
Not sure why they don’t carry feminine products anymore but the last 3 months every time I go there is none. Not sure why but maybe order different feminine products and they have so many bare shelves that have been empty for 3 months.
This is a great store, with wonderful friendly staff. Very knowledgeable with helping with rewards program. I felt cared for and welcomed. I definitely will be back!
i cannot get someone on the phone at the pharmacy if my life depended on it. i have called 9 times and gotten hung up on or got no answer every single time. i will be switching pharmacies since its this complicated to reach anyone to get my meds refilled.
