If you want your Medication on time, don't go to this pharmacy.
Went in and asked about moving my medication to Rite Aid. I was refused because they can't handle what they have. We have no Pharmacy in Novato. It is sad that my dog gets better care than I get!
I’m not sure what’s going on with the Rite Aid Pharmacy, I have an emergency situation. My doctor electronically sent meds to Rite Aid at 11 AM at 1 PM. I call and they said they’re not ready? And on top of that the pharmacist is going to lunch so your meds won’t be ready until 2 PM. Please hire some more staff. I’ve been using Rite Aid for many years. This has been going on for the last two years. They are very unprofessional. My advice to anyone is go anywhere else, but Rite Aid in Novato.
