Shelves are always empty. I don’t know they are still open when they are always out of stock of the majority of items
This is the closest pharmacy to my house, so I want to be able to use them. But it absolutely impossible to get them to answer the phone in this pharmacy. This has happened for years. And I’ve used this pharmacy for years. Plenty of people have jobs where they must pause what they are doing to answer customer calls, myself included. Recently I’ve tried to call for 3 days at different times of days. Only to be placed on hold, line ringing, or hung up on each time. This Riteaid shelves were nearly empty and was charged extra on my bill with knowledge of the cashier making aware
Again,rite aid besides for the pharmacy is basically just for convenience,so be expecting to pay a tiny bit more there for things that at a regular super market you’d pay less for. They’ve got snacks,etc.
The girl named Dana is very nice and was very fast with my medication! 10/10 service I absolutely love this store😄
