Clerk was incredibly rude. Went to buy some wine, gave her my birthday. (Note I'm 76!). Said she needed to see my id. Pulled out my wallet, opened it to my WA driver's license, and she immediately tried to take hold of it. I politely pulled it back, and she said she needed to see the expiration date. Really?? Why? Even if it expired, it was still a valid state issued id with photo and date of birth. Rite Aid employees are the most friendly customer service people I've come across in Spokane
The worst pharmacy. They left me a voicemail on February 17th saying that I had until February 27th to pick up my prescription. Went on February 18th to pick it up and they said it had been sitting on the shelf too long. When asked why the voicemail said that the lady at the counter said “I don’t really know what they say in the voicemails.” That’s not my problem that’s a pharmacy and supervisor problem. Don’t tell your customer one thing and then do another.
Efficient service!! Pharmacy transferred my scripts to their location within 1 hr of calling (on a weekend too!) and filled my meds within 48hrs. Staff even called back to verify if I would like 30 days or 90 days filled. Thank you for quality customer service.
Very fast and friendly pharmacy. I drive across town for service at this location. Highly recommend, I hate waiting for more than 10mins for my meds, there is never a wait at this location.
