The lady working the pharmacy was soo insanely rude!!! She has red hair & it was in a bun…. If u don’t like you job just SAY THAT LMFAO i work in costumer service & have for 5+ years & just because yours having a bad day doesn’t mean it’s your customers fault needs to do some self REFLECTION. INSANE!!! Her name on my receipt is Michelle so rude! You need to get it together to old to be acting like a child.

This Rite Aid has the best pharmacy, always prompt, professional and courteous! The Pharmacist and Pharmacy technicians here deserve some recognition for all their hard work! They always go above and beyond for every single person. The previous pharmacist was so kind but she was under enormous pressure at work and at home, nonstop running around working hard, running the pharmacy all by herself sometimes, so try to take it easy on this pharmacy. The pharmacist hung up the phone on me after she told me “I can’t call the bonneylake rite aid there’s only me and one other person” because they keep going back and forward with me. To where I said “actually you can it’s your job as a pharmacist you just don’t want to” and then she hung up on me. I called this rite aid at 10:54am and they told me they’d have my prescription ready after 2pm a very nice guy. I then received a text saying bonneylake had filled it.
