Terrible service at their pharmacy. Booked a shingles vaccine appointment, checked in over five mins early, and then sat for 15 mins without a word from anyone and no other customers in line. While I waited I made an appointment with the CVS down the road and received the shot four mins after check in. It's disappointing how drastically Walgreens customer service has dropped off over the last 18 months at multiple locations.Â
I have used the pharmacy lately and I am impressed. Some time ago Walgreens at this location had a couple of rude techs/pharmacists and service was slow and painful. That has not been my experience the past several months. I am pleased with the service and the care.Â
