I mean, it's pretty obvious the whole store is closing, not just the pharmacy. Why not just admit it??!Â
The pharmacy at this location is absolutely horrendous. Prior to the remodel and when Gail ran the Pharmacy, the customer service was excellent. Since her departure, the new people that run the pharmacy are nothing short of awful. Prescriptions are NEVER ready regardless of if they are new or refills. The phone is never answered to make sure your script has been pulled and when you go into the store, they tell you "Oh we were just about to fill this one, can you hang out for 15 to 20 minutes and we'll call you when it's read... read more
This store looks like it is going out of business. The shelves are very empty, and the pharmacy line is really long. I will not return to this store.Â
Kim, at the pharmacy, treats the customers with empathy, compassion and kindness! Kim truly elevates your experience. She has lifted my spirits on some dark days and I can’t thank her enough! This woman is an amazing person that I’m thankful to have crossed paths with! Also, this new pharmacist, who I never spoken with, is also amazing. She pumps the prescriptions out like no other! This Rite Aide, currently, has the best staff I have had the pleasure to interact with and I’m so thankful.Â
There's certain people that work here id give 5 stars but most surrounding the pharmacy and management nah their wait times for meds to be filled are extremely obnoxious anywhere else is a 15 min wait here is over 2 hrs... I won't be coming back and I'll be transferring all my families scripts to CVSÂ
