I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at Rite Aid #05488 at 1331 Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA 90403. As a large Black man, I expected professional service, but instead I encountered shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Update (1/16/25): Still as rude as ever. Called with updated insurance info & in trying to clarify confusion by providing ID info, was told verbatim by the woman, “whatever I don’t care it doesn’t matter give me whatever you want.” It just never seizes to amaze me how rude the staff in this pharmacy is. There was zero apology for a delayed appointment.
