Rite aid breaks the law in regard to controlled substances. They’ve been so scared since their many state lawsuits that they now deny patients access to chronic pain medications.
I really appreciate my local Rite Aid!! The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist always display patience, kindness and thoughtfulness . I really appreciate Ms. Jennifer the pharmacist. As it’s often busy, the pharmacist always makes herself available and patient when asked a question. The pharmacy tech Nicole has always demonstrated kindness and a pleasant and welcoming attitude. ALL of the pharmacy staff have been super encouraging , super kind, and most importantly super caring.
Do not recommend this pharmacy. Employees tell you things will be ready soon then take 48-72 hours to complete.
This place is an absolute dumpster fire EVERY SINGLE TIME. On top of you having to stand in front of them physically for them to fill your medicine (don’t bother calling ahead, they will lie & still make you wait where they can see you/ prepare for an hour wait & like I said DO NOT leave their sight because that’s where the fun really begins) these people have zero idea how to do their job to begin with, and everybody’s attitude is piss poor. Terrible pharmacy. The lady at the pharmacy drive thru is rude and uptight. I was simply dropping off a prescription & she had an attitude like I had stolen her boyfriend. Plus they said that they would call or text me once my prescription was ready. Nobody from the pharmacy contacted me back, so I called them the next day. 1st call Nobody answered the phone after waiting 30 minutes, I hung up.
