Rude customer service
This the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my entire life.
Warning: Do not use this pharmacy for your own mental health. Their auto refill service is trash and wait times for in person pick up is ridiculous
Prescription takes hours to get filled. The longest I have had to wait is 3 weeks. Had surgery this morning. 5 hours and counting. Staff isn't that friendly.
Rite aid breaks the law in regard to controlled substances. They’ve been so scared since their many state lawsuits that they now deny patients access to chronic pain medications.
