I just got a text today July 14, 2025, that this rite aid is closed. I saw a post by someone with pictures of empty shelves. This is probably why.
this location is closing in mid July. they no longer administer vaccinations.
The pharmacy dept needs an overhaul. Rude on the phone, no text notifications, & out of stock of meds that I’ve gotten here EVERY month for over two years. Frustrated long enough, so I had to share: Your Customer service is atrocious, preparedness & meeting very basic expectations is nil. How about - simply try treating people kindly on the phone and - perform your services at a standard just a bit above awful, and it will be a big improvement.
Not a good place to get your meds. They do not process things in time or say things that they do not do... No wonder bankruptcy
I get my prescriptions filled at Rite Aid I only use the pharmacy. My previous review pointed out all the aisles that were blocked as they say out with overstock merchandise. This is the follow-up to that. Currently it is early April 2025. The pictures I'm posting were taken today. The store is still blocked out. This is not a place to go and I recommend people go elsewhere if they're desiring anything other than Pharmacy services. Sure you can buy some toothpaste but there's no selection.
