It's a neighborhood staple. I've been coming to this store over 40 yrs. It's beside the supermarket. U can get ur groceries and meds w/o having to go far
Went to pick up refills, and store was closed. Gates were down but there was no sign on the door. What's going on.
I'm the financial payee for a friend. He temporarily resides near the Park Heights location. I use Western Union to transfer his funds. On Tuesday, January 28, he was not able to access the money I sent because the staff told him he did not have proper ID. He has used this location many times to access his funds using his Delaware ID. As previously stated, his residence is temporary. My experience tonight at the Rite Aid on Park heights and Cold Spring was horrible.I went in for vaccines and of course it's crowded the staff rude and unprofessional and the shelves completely bare the pharmacy tech didn't talk to me in private nor did she wait until the line was clear she asked personal information In front of other customers I was very humiliated I would've paid out of pocket for the vaccines but she laughed when I asked how much never tried to assist me in any way and that's not common courtesy or profes... read more
